  • Self-Employed Registration:

    • Complete the registration form

    • Complete the skills form 

    • Lastly, we will email you requesting the following information:

      • Photo ID

      • Qualifications

      • Public Liability Insurance (Not insured? You can sign up HERE )

      • Signed T&Cs (provided by The Wellness Agency)

      • Qualifications

      • Signed T&Cs (provided by The Wellness Agency)
