The Wellness Agency was founded in 2016 by Claire Charlotte who worked in both the leisure and spa industry for 12 years. She gained an understanding of the key attributes, qualities and knowledge required in such roles. 

Starting with temporary solutions for spa, supporting 5* establishments across the south east, the company went from strength to strength, understanding the market and the importance of communication with clients as well as looking after quality therapists.

With an ever changing market in such a vibrant and vast industry, post pandemic there was a demand for permanent roles from our candidates and we listened!
